These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our services, which include flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages. By accessing or using our services, through our website or our customer support agents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. We recommend reviewing them periodically to stay informed about any updates or modifications.

1 General Terms
  • By using our services, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions in full. We’re glad to have you with us!
  • Takeoff Travels reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
  • If you use the Takeoff Travels website or mobile application, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities conducted under your account. Takeoff Travels reserves the right to immediately cancel any reservation and suspend or remove a user account if we detect any suspicious, fraudulent, or misleading activity - including reservations made under false pretenses or manipulating our commercial offers for credit cards/MFS or any other activity which are in violation of these Terms and Conditions or that of our partners which are here by incorporated by reference.
  • By completing a transaction through this site, you consent to the use of your personal information for payment validation and verification purposes, ensuring that no unauthorized individual uses your payment credentials. You acknowledge that certain information may be shared with third-party payment gateway providers solely for verification and authentication. Other than these verification processes, your personal data will not be used for any unrelated purpose.
  • Takeoff Travels serves as a bridge between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Each provider is responsible for the accuracy and availability of the information they supply. Market fluctuations or operational changes may require updates without prior notice. Carriage and other services provided by the airline are subject to conditions of carriage of the relevant airlines, which are here by incorporated by reference. These conditions may be obtained from the issuing airline’s website or sales offices.
  • If customers encounter any issues or disputes with their bookings, Takeoff Travels will act as a point of contact and will facilitate resolution for the customer. However, resolution will be subject to the travel provider’s policies and discretion, which the customer shall thoroughly review before completing the purchase.
2 Platform Use, Conduct, and Access
2.1 Authorized Use and Content Ownership

The Takeoff Travels platform is intended only for authorized use by genuine users. Users must not distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit any content originating from the platform, including text, photos, sound, and video, for any commercial or public purpose. The User Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform solely according to these terms. Users agree not to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the platform’s operations in any way.

2.2 Account Registration and Data Accuracy

Access to certain features may require registration. This process may involve answering questions or providing personal or non-personal information or uploading travel documents, where some fields may be mandatory. You must guarantee that all information provided to Takeoff Travels is true and accurate. Takeoff Travels shall bear no responsibility for any refusal of service or mishandling due to any inaccuracies.

2.3 Platform Availability and Content Integrity

Takeoff Travels reserves the absolute right to discontinue or restrict access to the platform and its services, or any section thereof, at any time and without warning, for any reason, including routine maintenance. We strive to ensure that all information on the platform and other sales channels is free of viruses and other infections. However, you acquire any information or materials via the platform entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any resulting damage to your computers or data loss from such downloads.

2.4 Platform Changes and Reporting Violations

Takeoff Travels holds the right to modify its platform at any time without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances or instructions from travel providers. If you find any content on the platform to be illegal, unethical, defamatory, abusive, invasive of privacy, deceptive, against any religious views, spam, or a violation of applicable legislation, you must report it to: [email protected]. Takeoff Travels reserves the right to inspect and/or take necessary action it deems fit in response to such complaints.

2.5 Use of Services

By using Takeoff Travels, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to provide accurate and truthful information when booking any travel service through our platform. Users under the age of 18 may only access our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. When making bookings on behalf of others (friends, family and acquaintances), you are responsible for ensuring that all individuals for whom you make reservations understand and accept these Terms. Certain travel providers may require you to provide proof of payment method (Credit Card front face) to provide the service to a customer in these cases. Takeoff Travels shall bear no responsibility for any refusal of service or mishandling if the passengers fail to provide such documents. Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive use of Takeoff Travels’ services may result in immediate termination or restriction of access.

2.6 Suppliers Conduct and Platform Limitations

Takeoff Travels facilitates users with various travel providers, facilitating bookings and services. However, to the extent permitted by law, Takeoff Travels is not responsible or liable for any actions or omissions of these travel providers, and Users are solely responsible for any obligations or liabilities arising from their transactions with them. In no event shall Takeoff Travels be held accountable for information, products, services, or materials provided by travel providers. Travel providers may be classified into different categories based on reviews, ratings, or other factors, which are determined by automated algorithms that may be adjusted at Takeoff Travels’ discretion.

2.7 Resale of Takeoff Travels Products and Services

Reselling any booking, service, or product purchased through Takeoff Travels is prohibited. All bookings made on the Takeoff Travels platform are intended exclusively for the personal use of the customer and are non-transferable under any circumstances. To maintain the integrity of the services, Takeoff Travels reserves the right to enforce measures on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to: Cancellation of the resale booking, unless credible clarifications are provided; Suspension or termination of the customer’s account; Restriction of access to specific offers or services. These measures ensure compliance with Takeoff Travels’ policies and safeguard the interests of all customers.

3 Content Usage and Copyright Policy
Takeoff Travels has licensed and protected all content delivered through different Sales Channels, including music, photos, applications, literature, logos, and other similar items, under relevant intellectual property laws. Takeoff Travels does not provide the Users any rights, licenses, or permissions to use such proprietary icons or trademarks in any way. Any unlawful usage of this content will be punishable under the law. Others' intellectual property rights are respected by Takeoff Travels. A written notification /intimation must be given if any activity of violation on the platform or promotional contents are observed, which must contain the following information:
  • Clear identification of the copyrighted work that has been violated;
  • The proof that the alleged copyrighted work is created or owned by the claimer;
  • Contact information.
Notices can be sent to Takeoff Travels by email at [email protected]. Takeoff Travels will review and respond within 5-7 working days.
3.1 Communication Regarding Bookings
Takeoff Travels will use the voice call, email, or SMS information you provided during booking to send you essential updates. These updates include:
  • Booking confirmation and itinerary details;
  • Cancellation and payment confirmations;
  • Reimbursement status;
  • Schedule changes or any other pertinent information related to your payment or booking.
We may also contact you via these methods regarding outstanding or unsuccessful bookings. This is done to help you complete your reservation or determine your preference for finalizing the booking.
3.2 User Consent and Compliance
By using our service, you unconditionally consent to receiving these communications, whether by voice call, email, SMS, or internet-based messaging apps like Messenger. You acknowledge and agree that these communications are:
  • Made at your request and authorization as the user;
  • 'Transactional' in nature, and not 'unsolicited commercial communication' as per Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) guidelines;
  • In full compliance with the relevant guidelines of the BTRC.
4 Right of Refusal and Service Denial
4.1 Our Right to Refuse Bookings
Takeoff Travels holds the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any booking without providing a reason. Takeoff Travels will not provide any products or release confirmed booking data to you until the full invoice amount is paid.
4.2 Grounds for Limiting or Suspending Your Account
In addition to any other legal remedies available to Takeoff Travels, we may restrict your activity, notify other users of your behavior, revoke your membership, or deny you access to the platform if any of the following occur:
  • You breach the User Agreement.
  • We are unable to verify the information you provided.
  • We believe your conduct may violate third-party rights, applicable laws, or expose Takeoff Travels to liability.
  • We detect suspicious booking patterns or payment method issues.
  • You engage in inappropriate behavior, including threats or insults.
  • Technical or communication impediments occur during a booking.
  • A booking does not involve genuine pricing or availability errors (“Real Mistakes”).
  • You are listed on any government or international blacklist or watchlist.
  • A booking is made for resale or other commercial purposes.
5 Suspension and Reinstatement
Once your account has been suspended, you may not re-join or attempt to register with Takeoff Travels using alternative identities, or use the platform in any way, until Takeoff Travels officially reinstates you. Takeoff Travels reserves the right to reinstate suspended users at any moment.
5 Denial of Service-by-Service Providers
The end service provider (e.g., airline, hotel) may choose to stop providing services for any booking made through Takeoff Travels for various reasons, including:
  • Behavioral concerns.
  • Community safety or health risks (such as contagious illnesses).
  • Government orders or notifications.
Because such denials are outside of Takeoff Travels 's jurisdiction, any resulting liability rests solely with the end service provider. You acknowledge that any dispute, reimbursement claim, or request for damages arising from such refusals must be made only against the end service provider, not Takeoff Travels.
6 Fraudulent Activities
Takeoff Travels 's staff or designated representatives will never contact a User to seek his or her credit or debit card number, expiration date, CVV, net banking login, passwords, OTP, or any other personal or individual information, nor will they ever demand a transaction to a personal or individual bank account. They will also not request a User to download any third-party programs that allow them to access the screen of a User's mobile or computer. If any User complies with any of these approaches, the User risks being a victim of identity theft and losing precious money or documents. 7 Force Majeure
Due to various reasons such as acts of God, labor strikes, financial distress, a pandemic, business urgencies, government actions, terrorist threats, any technical and functional concerns, route and flight terminations, disruption of cloud or local hosting, ISP connectivity, DNS or Network Error, App store malfunctioning & delay, submarine cable maintenance or failure, Government mandated restriction on IP or network, low bandwidth, Data Breach, accidental deletion of local or cloud data, physical damage of local or cloud data center, any compromise due to Software bugs, Hacking, virus, malware or any malicious attack including but not limited to DoS/DDoS attack or any other reason beyond Takeoff Travels 's control, Takeoff Travels and/or the travel providers may be unable to uphold confirmed bookings. If Takeoff Travels is aware of any scenarios where reservations may be dishonored in advance, it will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable option to the User or reimburse the reservation money after subtracting relevant service costs, if approved and repaid by the respective service operators. Takeoff Travels, as a mediator of the services and goods booked, acknowledges that it cannot be held liable in case of a Force Majeure event. For any future resolves or reimbursements, the User must approach the travel provider immediately. The User accepts that if a reservation is not confirmed due to technical reasons (such as network outages, disconnection with third-party platform such as payment gateways, banks, or other similar difficulties), Takeoff Travels 's liability is restricted to reimbursing the booking money, if any, received from the client. Takeoff Travels will be released from all obligations relating to the purchase as a result of the return. If there are any additional obligations, they will be met by the User. Takeoff Travels will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, exceptional, or consequential damages, as well as any other damages such as loss of use, information, or revenues, resulting in or in any way associated with the use or functionality of the platform or any other Sales Channels.
8 Deleting Your Takeoff Travels Account
  • You may delete your Takeoff Travels account at any time only from Takeoff Travels mobile application by navigating to Profile > Manage Data > Delete Account.
  • Upon deletion, your account and all associated data - including bookings, saved information, and rewards - will be permanently removed within 72 hours.
  • If your Takeoff Travels account is linked to a social media account (e.g., Facebook), you must also delete the connection through that social platform.
  • You may re-register using the same email address and phone number; however, previous data will not be restored, and you will be treated as a new user.
9 Takeoff Travels Convenience Fee
Takeoff Travels may charge a non-refundable convenience fee for specific services, which will be clearly displayed during the payment process or Emails sent by its customer service executives. This fee supports our efforts to deliver a seamless booking experience, improved platform functionality, and dedicated customer service. By proceeding with a booking on Takeoff Travels , you acknowledge and agree to this fee, which is separate from any charges applied by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

10 Airline Terms
The flight tickets available through the platform are subject to the terms & conditions of the concerned airline, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies. Takeoff Travels merely acts as a facilitator to enable the User to book a flight ticket. The contract of service for utilization of the flight is always between the User and the concerned airline. Carriage and other services provided by the airline are subject to conditions of carriage of the relevant airlines, which are here by incorporated by reference. These conditions may be obtained from the issuing airline’s website or sales offices. Airlines retain the right to reschedule flight times, routes, change or cancel flights and itineraries independently of and without prior intimation to Takeoff Travels. As a facilitator, Takeoff Travels has no control or authority over airline logistics and is therefore not liable for any loss, direct or incidental, that a User may incur due to such changes or cancellations. Takeoff Travels cannot be held responsible for any missed notifications or prior alerts to the User if timely updates are not received from the airline. Different tickets on the same airline may carry different restrictions or include different services and prices. In terms of booking, Users must follow the guideline to input all the required information. For domestic flight booking, Users must follow NID to fill up the information. For international flight booking, Users must follow passport details to fill up the relevant information. If Users make any mistake while providing information, Takeoff Travels will not be liable if they are denied boarding. For any such mistakes, if Takeoff Travels needs to make changes or update the ticket, Users may be required to make an additional payment to cover the applicable charges. The baggage allowance on a given fare is as per the terms decided by the airline, and Takeoff Travels has no role to play in the same. Some of the fares shown in the booking flow are "hand baggage fares" which do not entitle the User for free check-in baggage and therefore the User will be required to pay separately for check-in baggage. The prices for adding check-in baggage to a booking may vary from airline to airline. 10.1 Booking Information
Users must ensure the accuracy of all provided information, including personal details (e.g., name, NID, passport) and travel preferences.
  • Domestic Flights: Users must input National ID (NID) details.
  • International Flights: Users must provide accurate passport details.
Takeoff Travels is not liable for denied boarding due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User. Corrections or updates may incur additional charges, as per the airline’s policies.
11 Flight Fare
The total fare displayed on the platform usually includes base fare, applicable government taxes and convenience charge. Users are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of their booking(s). In the event where the User does not pay the entire amount, Takeoff Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking. The User agrees to pay all statutory taxes and fees, as applicable on the date of travel. To avail child fare, the age of the child must be between 2 years to 11 years throughout the entire itinerary. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the child turns 12 years, the User will be required to make a separate booking using an adult fare. Any child will be counted as an infant if the age is under 2 years throughout the entire itinerary including both onward and return journey and infant fare can be availed in such cases by selecting infants while proceeding for booking. If any User needs to accompany more than an infant, User needs to take an additional seat by selecting a child by providing age as 2 years old and giving the same in the booking details. In such cases, the policy and decision of the Airline will be followed and considered as final.
12 Flight Availability and Booking Limitations
Takeoff Travels aims to provide Users with real-time flight options. However, due to constant updates from airlines, not all flights displayed on the platform may remain available at the time of booking. Flight options displayed on Takeoff Travels ’s platform is subject to live updates from airlines. Consequently, Takeoff Travels cannot guarantee that all flights shown will remain available at the time of booking. Users may occasionally encounter a “booking failed” notification if a flight becomes unavailable before confirmation. In certain instances, a booking may appear successful, but manual ticket issuance may be required due to airline restrictions or other limitations. In such cases, Takeoff Travels might be unable to issue the ticket if the airline subsequently declares the flight unavailable, or fare adjustments may occur due to fare refreshes or unavoidable delays. Users will be promptly notified and provided with alternative options or updated fare details, as applicable. Takeoff Travels will proceed with ticket issuance based on the User’s response. However, if the User declines to pay the additional amount where applicable, Takeoff Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking and process a refund for the amount initially paid or following airline policy where applicable. While Takeoff Travels is not responsible for inconveniences caused by flight unavailability or fare changes at the airline’s end, it will assist in offering suitable alternatives or processing refunds as needed.
13 Real-Time Flight Availability

Flight options displayed on Takeoff Travels ’s platform is subject to live updates from airlines. Consequently, Takeoff Travels cannot guarantee that all flights shown will remain available at the time of booking.

13.1 Alternative Flight Options:
If a selected flight becomes unavailable, Takeoff Travels will endeavor to present alternative flight options to Users to facilitate their travel plans.

13.2 Booking Failures:
Users may occasionally encounter a “booking failed” notification if a flight becomes unavailable before confirmation. This typically occurs when the airline removes the flight from availability during the booking process.

13.3 Ticket Issuance Limitations:
In certain instances, a booking may appear successful, but manual ticket issuance may be required due to airline restrictions or other limitations. In such cases, Takeoff Travels might be unable to issue the ticket if the airline subsequently declares the flight unavailable, or fare adjustments may occur due to fare refreshes or unavoidable delays. Users will be promptly notified and provided with alternative options or updated fare details, as applicable. Takeoff Travels will proceed with ticket issuance based on the User’s response. However, if the User declines to pay the additional amount where applicable, Takeoff Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking and process a refund for the amount initially paid or following airline policy where applicable. While Takeoff Travels is not responsible for inconveniences caused by flight unavailability or fare changes at the airline’s end, it will assist in offering suitable alternatives or processing refunds as needed.

14 Technical Stopover Policy
Certain flights may involve planned/unplanned technical stopovers lasting 40-45 minutes or more. Such stopovers may not be displayed on Takeoff Travels ’s platform due to real-time operational changes by airlines. These stopovers are determined and managed solely by the airline, and Takeoff Travels has no role in scheduling them. If Takeoff Travels receives notice from the airline of any schedule change or technical stopover, we will use the contact information you supplied at booking to notify you promptly. Sometimes airlines update their schedules internally and may not send us a notification. Since Takeoff Travels is an intermediary, we may not always receive real-time updates. Thus, Takeoff Travels cannot guarantee receipt of advance notice in every case. We strongly suggest you to reconfirm your flight on the airline’s website via the airline’s “manage my booking” page or contacting with airline’s sales counter before you travel. Airlines schedule changes may often involve stopover changes and some stopovers may require transit or entry visa, depending on the destination and duration. If Takeoff Travels is notified by the airline, Takeoff Travels will inform and assist Users as promptly as possible. Since airlines can update their schedules directly and may not always send us the information, some changes such as new visa requirements may happen without our knowledge. In such cases, Takeoff Travels cannot be held responsible. Takeoff Travels only helps you book the ticket based on the information the airline provides at that time. Any later changes to stopovers are controlled by the airline, and Takeoff Travels is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by these updates.
15 Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure possession of valid travel documents, including identity proof, passport, and visa (if applicable), to undertake travel. This includes verifying that all travel documents meet the requirements of the respective airlines, countries of departure, and destination. In case of an inability to travel due to incomplete or invalid travel documents, Takeoff Travels shall not be held liable.

The User understands that the information (if any) provided by Takeoff Travels regarding the travel documents is only advisory in nature and can't be considered conclusive. The User shall ensure checking the requirements of travel with the respective airlines or embassy of the respective jurisdictions the User may transit through or choose to visit.

16 Inadmissible Passengers (INAD)

Passengers may be denied boarding or entry into a destination for various reasons, including but not limited to the following:

  • Not having a valid return ticket.
  • Possessing incomplete or invalid travel documents.
  • Failing to meet the entry requirements of the destination country.

These situations can lead to passengers being classified as Inadmissible Passengers (INAD), resulting in deportation or denial of entry by immigration authorities. In such cases, both Takeoff Travels and the airline bear no responsibility for any additional charges, penalties, or inconveniences that may arise.

If Takeoff Travels incurs charges imposed by the airline or relevant authorities due to a passenger being declared INAD, these costs will be passed on to the passenger. Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel requirements and for covering any extra costs or penalties related to immigration or entry issues, leading the respective person as INAD.

17 Flight Bookings

Takeoff Travels enables you to book flights to destinations across the globe as allowed under the norms and laws of Bangladesh, subject to availability and airline confirmation.

17.1 Booking Confirmation:
In the event that your booking is not confirmed your payment will be reversed from Takeoff Travels via the same payment method which you have used, within 7 working days. However, the final credit to the customer’s account is subject to the respective bank’s processing time. As the reversal process is fully controlled by the bank, Takeoff Travels will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the bank.

17.2 Airlines Offers:
In order to provide attractive offers, most airlines now offer air tickets with unique combinations (no baggage, no meals, etc.). Extra fees may apply for services such as checked baggage, seat selection, and in-flight meals. By booking on our website, you confirm that you have understood what amenities/facilities are included in your ticket.

Furthermore, pay particular attention when booking with any Low-Cost Carriers (example Air Arabia, IndiGo, etc.), please note that such airlines often have distinct policies for baggage, check-in, and additional services. To ensure successful ticket issuance, travelers must upload copies of their valid passport, visa, and other required travel documents during the booking process for any international flights.

17.3 Involuntary (Not initiated by you) Flight Changes:
All flights and related services are subject to the policies of the respective airlines. Takeoff Travels shall not be held responsible for any changes, cancellations, or schedule adjustments initiated by the airline. Any modification to your itinerary including cancellations, rescheduling, or ticket reissuance will be processed strictly in accordance with the airline’s policy. You are requested to collect and furnish any evidence of delay/cancellation, from the airline, if the reissue/refund has to be processed by Takeoff Travels.

17.4 Check-In Requirements:
For international flights, check-in counters close 1.5 hours before the scheduled departure time. For domestic flights, check-in counters close 1 hour prior to departure.

17.5 Fare Increase Disclaimer:
If the fare associated with your Passenger Name Record (PNR) increases at any point prior to ticket issuance, Takeoff Travels will not be held liable for the difference. All pricing is subject to change in accordance with airline policies, seat availability, and market conditions. We recommend confirming the final fare prior to completing your booking and payment. If the traveler chooses not to proceed, a refund for the original amount will be issued. Customer has to confirm updated fare within 15 minutes. Otherwise, the customer must follow the applicable refund policy.

18 Baggage Allowance

All baggage regulations for flights booked through Takeoff Travels are governed exclusively by the respective airlines. Takeoff Travels has no control over, and does not determine, modify, or manage these policies. Each airline independently defines its own terms regarding the type, weight, and quantity of baggage permitted, including both cabin (hand) and checked baggage.

Certain fares, particularly those categorized as “hand baggage only,” may exclude allowances for checked-in baggage. In such cases, Users may be required to pay an additional fee directly to the airline if they wish to check in luggage. The exact charges for checked-in baggage can vary based on the airline and the specific booking.

Takeoff Travels strongly encourages all users to review the airline’s baggage policy carefully during the booking process to prevent any inconvenience at the airport. For further information or clarification, users may contact Takeoff Travels through the hotline, email, or other official communication channels. However, it remains the passenger’s sole responsibility to comply with the airline’s baggage terms and settle any related fees directly with the airline.

19 Code Sharing

Some airlines collaborate with other airlines to create "code sharing" arrangements. This indicates that the airline operator providing or promoting the flight ticket does not send its own aircraft to the destination on some itineraries. Instead, it hires or collaborates with another air carrier to fly to that location. If User’s flight is a code share, User will know about it throughout the booking process and prior to pay.

Takeoff Travels will inform users about any code-share agreements only if the ticketing airline has notified Takeoff Travels of such arrangements in advance. Takeoff Travels cannot be held responsible for any boarding denial or booking cancellation due to code-share policies or limitations set by the airline. In cases where the airline does not authorize ticket issuance, Takeoff Travels will be unable to serve the User further and is not liable for any resulting inconveniences.

20 Refund Type

When booking flights through Takeoff Travels, it’s important to understand that refund eligibility whether a ticket is refundable, non-refundable, or partially refundable. It is governed by the specific policies of each airline. Here’s a breakdown of what each term generally means:

20.1 Refundable Tickets: These tickets allow for cancellations with a refund, which may be the full fare or a portion thereof, as determined by the airline’s policy. Some airlines may charge a cancellation fee that is deducted from the refund amount. Takeoff Travels may charge a service fee that is adjusted with the refund amount.

20.2 Non-Refundable Tickets: Typically, these tickets do not permit refunds if the user chooses to cancel a flight. However, certain circumstances, such as significant schedule changes or cancellations initiated by the airline, may entitle the User to a refund.

20.3 Partially Refundable Tickets: For these tickets, the refund amount varies based on the airline’s specific terms and is not a fixed percentage of the total fare. The exact refund, if any, depends on factors like the timing of the cancellation and the fare rules associated with the ticket. For refundable and partially refundable tickets, passengers will receive either the refund amount set by the airline or only the tax refund, in accordance with the airline’s policy.

21 Refund Policy
21.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by the fare type, the airline’s policy, and the specific ticket conditions. Some tickets particularly those from Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) – may be fully non-refundable. Tax refund will be provided as per airlines/government policy.

  • Voluntary Refund: If you choose to cancel your ticket, this will be classified as a voluntary refund. You may be subject to a refund fee imposed by the airline. Takeoff Travels may impose a convenience fee to process your request in addition to the airline fee.
  • Involuntary Refund: If the airline cancels the flight, changes the schedule, or experiences technical difficulties, you may be eligible for an involuntary refund, which provides a full refund of the ticket price. However, please note that airlines reserve the right to deny refunds for cancellations or delays which are deemed acceptable changes by the airline or those resulting from circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances may include adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, security threats, or other unforeseen events that impact the safety and operation of the flight.
  • Tax Refund: In the event that the cancellation policy of the airline is such that only taxes will be refunded please note that not all taxes are refundable (as per airlines/government policies). A convenience fee may still be applicable when processing these refunds.
22 Reissue/Date Change Policy
22.1 Reissue Requests

Travelers who wish to modify their flight details such as date, time, or class upgrade may request a ticket reissue. When requesting a flight reissue, users must follow the respective airline’s rules and conditions. Airlines generally require passengers to book a seat in the same class or upgrade to a higher class than the original booking; downgrading to a lower class is typically not allowed. Any fare difference between the original and new booking will be determined by the airline and may involve additional charges. All such requests are processed in accordance with the airline’s policies, applicable fees, and seat availability. Any change in destination or routing will also be governed by the airline’s policy and may be subject to additional fare differences or restrictions.

22.2 Child Ticket Reissue: If a child’s ticket requires a date change and the child’s age changes or reaches the adult age category (as defined by the airline) by the new travel date, a fare and tax difference will apply along with change fees (as per airline policy) and other applicable charges.

22.3 Infant Ticket Reissue: If an infant’s ticket requires a date change and the infant’s age reaches the child age category (as defined by the airline) by the new travel date, a fare and tax difference will apply along with change fees (as per airline policy) and other applicable charges.

22.4 Reissue Fees: Reissuing tickets may have additional charges, as decided by the airline. All fees will be shared with travelers before processing.

  • 22.4.1 Timeframe for Reissues:
    Domestic Flights: Reissue requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
  • International Flights: Reissue requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to comply with these timeframes may result in forfeiture of the ticket (if deemed by the airline).

22.5 Confirmation: The confirmation provided by the customer at the time of confirming the quotation will be considered as the final decision. It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the updated itinerary.
Travelers will receive a confirmation email once the reissue process is complete.

23. Charges for Refunds and Reissues (Voluntary and Involuntary)

For any modifications to your flight booking including refunds or reissues or upgrade applicable service charges will be imposed as per airline and Takeoff Travels policies. Apart from these defined service charges, Takeoff Travels does not retain any additional amount beyond what is deducted by the airline.

24. Cancellation and Refund

Takeoff Travels is committed to assisting Users with refund requests and ensures the process is initiated promptly. Refund timelines vary based on the policies of the respective airlines. Generally, refunds can take anywhere from 2 to 10 days. For domestic flights, refunds typically can be claimed within 6 months after cancellation, while for international flights within 1 year after cancellation. We recommend our customers to initiate any claim as soon as possible. In the event that this is not done, the customer forgoes the right to claim for any refund against the ticket.
24.1 Processing Time

  • International Flights: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Domestic Flights: Refunds may be processed instantly or within 5 working days.

Refund processing times may differ depending on airline fare conditions and the specific reason for cancellation. Takeoff Travels strives to keep Users informed at every stage but emphasizes that final resolutions rely entirely on the airline’s rules and internal procedures. As the refund process is fully controlled by the bank, Takeoff Travels will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the bank. Users are advised to remain patient during this period, as Takeoff Travels ’s role in expediting refunds is limited by the airline’s established systems and policies.

Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the airline’s fare rules and cancellation policies. For refundable tickets, the refund amount is determined solely by the airline.

While the platform ensures full transparency and assists Users throughout the refund process, the final refundable amount is subject to the airline’s regulations and the applicable Takeoff Travels service fees. Refunds for refundable tickets will be issued strictly according to the airline’s official fare rules and cancellation terms.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted and confirmed at least 48 hours before the flight’s scheduled departure; otherwise, no-show penalties may apply per the airline’s policy.
  • Requests can be made directly from the “My Booking” section of the Takeoff Travels app and will be processed only after User confirmation.
  • A standard fee applies for any cancellation or reissue requests.
  • For EMI payments, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Refunds will be calculated after deducting all applicable fees and initiated upon successful cancellation.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment channel. For instance, refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the same card, and similarly for debit cards.

Takeoff Travels aims to handle refund requests swiftly, though minor delays may occur due to system issues or high processing volumes. If the User does not confirm the refund within the stated period, the airline’s cancellation fee may increase. Similarly, any delays on Takeoff Travels ’s or the airline’s end could result in updated charges as per the airline’s policies. These additional fees will always be clearly communicated, and refunds will be processed after adjusting for such updates.

25. Airline-Cancelled Flights

In cases where an airline cancels a flight, options for free rescheduling or full refunds depend entirely on the airline’s policy, which may differ from one carrier to another. Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and the options offered by the airline at that time.

Any additional expenses arising from related services such as hotels or ground transport Fare not covered by the airline. Therefore, Takeoff Travels is not responsible for any such costs or penalties due to these associated changes.

26 Unused Segment Refund

For round-trip or multi-city itineraries, if a User misses the first flight segment, the airline may categorize the passenger as a “no-show”, leading to automatic cancellation of subsequent flights in the booking.

In cases where some flight segments are used and others remain unused, certain airlines may not issue refunds for the remaining portion. Takeoff Travels strictly follows each airline’s refund policy; if an airline deems an unused segment non-refundable, Takeoff Travels cannot process a refund for it.

Additionally, the value of each segment on a round-trip ticket is not necessarily equal. Therefore, even when a refund is approved, it may not amount to 50% of the total ticket price. The actual refundable value is based on the airline’s fare calculation, considering factors such as route, demand, and booking class.

Takeoff Travels recommends that Users carefully review the airline’s fare conditions and refund policies prior to booking to understand the potential implications of any travel changes.

27. Rescheduling and Refunds During Unforeseen Disruptions

In circumstances such as national unrest or unexpected events that disrupt travel or communication, the following guidelines apply:

27.1 Timely Communication

Takeoff Travels prioritizes User communication during disruptions. If normal communication is interrupted, Takeoff Travels will reach out to Users as soon as possible to provide updates and assistance once systems are restored.

27.2 Rescheduling Requests

If a flight is disrupted, Users should contact Takeoff Travels immediately to request rescheduling. Takeoff Travels will help facilitate new travel arrangements based on airline policy, seat availability, and operational readiness at that time. All rescheduling requests must be made before flight departure as per airline policy. Once any changes are made, applicable changes are subject to airline policy.

27.3 No-Show and Flight Suspensions

If a User misses a flight due to uncontrollable circumstances and cannot contact Takeoff Travels or the airline in time, they may be marked as a no-show. Takeoff Travels will then provide supporting documentation to help the User present their case directly to the airline for further consideration.

27.4 Refund Eligibility

Refunds for flights missed or suspended due to such disruptions are determined solely by the airline. If part of the journey was completed, only the tax portion for unused segments may be refundable. Applicable reissue/reschedule fees and service charges will be communicated transparently, in line with airline policy.

28. Ticket Retrieval

When a User cancels a ticket (partially or fully) and later seeks to retrieve or rebook the same ticket, the following applies:

28.1 Adherence to Policy

All cancellation requests are processed by Takeoff Travels in strict accordance with the stated cancellation policy. Once a ticket is cancelled, it is deemed closed and its retrieval is subject to the policies of the respective airline. Users are advised to thoroughly review all terms before confirming cancellations. Takeoff Travels cannot be held responsible for any claims related to retrieval once cancellation is processed.

28.2 Support for New Bookings

Takeoff Travels will assist Users in creating a new booking where possible. However, reactivation of a cancelled ticket cannot be guaranteed, as it depends entirely on the airline’s policy and seat availability. Any new booking is treated as a separate transaction and is subject to the standard booking procedures.

28.3 User Dispute Resolution

Takeoff Travels is committed to resolving User concerns transparently and fairly in accordance with its service policies and airline regulations. For issues related to cancellations, ticket retrieval, or disputes, Takeoff Travels provides clear explanations and guidance to ensure full understanding of the policies involved. Dispute resolution processes will be conducted transparently, ensuring alignment with both Takeoff Travels ’s policies and the applicable rules of the airline.

29. One-Way & Round-Trip Flight Ticket Issuance

Passport and Visa Documentation

When purchasing international tickets through Takeoff Travels, it is mandatory to upload a clear and accurate copy of your valid passport and visa. Failure to submit these required documents within the specified time frame may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking, or denial of service by the airline. Takeoff Travels reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the necessary documents are not received promptly.

30. Name Mismatches

When a User books a flight and the name provided does not exactly match the name on their passport or government-issued identification (due to spelling errors, omissions, or inaccuracies), airlines may treat it as a serious discrepancy. Such mismatches can result in the airline denying boarding to the passenger.

It is the User’s sole responsibility to ensure that the name entered during booking matches their passport or ID exactly, in line with the respective airline’s regulations.

For passengers with a single name (e.g., “David”), the general guideline is to enter the same name in both the Given Name and Surname fields. The entered name must not exceed 59 characters (including spaces), and special characters such as dashes (-), apostrophes (’), @, or + should be avoided.

30.1 Special Guidelines for Long or Single Names

  • For passengers with long names, please use a shortened version of the given name and the full version of the surname.
  • For passengers with a single name traveling on Bimini Bangladesh Airlines or SriLankan Airlines, the Given Name field should be entered as “FNU” and the Surname field as the single name shown on the passport.
  • For Saudi Airlines, if the passenger has only one name on their passport, the booking details must exactly match the visa information.

Takeoff Travels complies fully with airline regulations when addressing name discrepancies but strongly encourages Users to verify their name information carefully during booking to avoid travel interruptions.

31. Name Correction Policies

Once a ticket has been issued, any correction or amendment to the name on the ticket is governed by the airline’s specific policies. If the airline considers the name discrepancy to be significant, Takeoff Travels may not be able to modify the ticket. In some cases, the airline may permit a correction but may charge a name correction fee for doing so.

Users are therefore advised to thoroughly review all booking information particularly the passenger’s name before confirming their purchase to prevent unnecessary difficulties and additional costs later.

32. Cancellation and Refund Options

If a name mismatch results in a passenger being unable to board, the User may request a ticket cancellation. Takeoff Travels will assist in processing the cancellation and coordinate the refund request in line with the airline’s policies.

The refundable amount, after applicable cancellation charges or airline fees, will be clearly communicated to the User. Refunds will be issued according to airline policy, and the processing timeline may vary based on the payment method used and the airline’s internal procedures.

Throughout the process, Takeoff Travels will keep the User informed of the refund amount, deductions, and expected completion timeframe.

32.1 Passenger Responsibility

Once a ticket has been issued, Takeoff Travels assumes no liability for errors related to passenger names, document submission, fare conditions, airline regulations, or country-specific travel restrictions. The passenger bears full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all booking details prior to confirmation.

32.2 Passport Validity

All passengers must hold passports with a minimum validity of 180 days from the date of travel. Takeoff Travels is not responsible if a traveler is denied boarding or entry due to insufficient passport validity.

32.3 Liability for Incorrect Documents

Takeoff Travels shall not be held responsible for any improper, inaccurate, or fraudulent documentation provided by the passenger. Such errors may result in deportation, denied boarding, or refusal of entry by the airline or immigration authorities at the destination. The customer will be held responsible for the payment of any fine imposed by the airline or immigration authorities on Takeoff Travels as a result of the passenger. Takeoff Travels reserves the right to take any legal actions against the passenger if he fails to provide the imposed fine.

32.4 Country Restrictions and Transit Visas

Takeoff Travels website or its staff may only offer advisory on any flight queries, however the customer will be responsible to verify country-specific entry restrictions and airline policies, including whether a visa, transit visa or airport transit visa is required based on nationality. Takeoff Travels or its staff will not be responsible for any mishandling face by the passenger.

32.5 Fare Rules

Please review the airline fare rules carefully to understand whether the ticket is refundable or non-refundable, and if it is changeable or non-changeable.

32.6 E-Ticket Issuance

Upon successful payment, your electronic ticket (e-ticket) will be issued and sent via email within 24 hours on working days or within 48 hours during weekends and public holidays.

32.7 Seat Selection

Once seat selection has been completed, it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. The airline reserves the right to deny or modify pre-assigned seat allocations. Seat changes to a similar seat on the same flight may be permitted based on airline availability. Please note that emergency exit seats are subject to specific eligibility requirements set by the airline. Seat selection services are not available for infants.

33. Special Requests

In the event of any special requests (e.g., rooms accessible by wheelchair, wheelchair assistance, adding “frequent flyer” points, specific meals, extra baggage, etc.), Takeoff Travels will forward these requests to the travel providers and address them based on availability and other relevant factors. Takeoff Travels is not responsible for the availability or fulfilment of special requests by the travel provider. Special requests may incur additional charges based on the policy of the travel provider. The travel provider reserves the right to accept or deny the request. In the event that any paid service is denied, the customer must collect and furnish documentation/ evidence so that the refund may be requested by Takeoff Travels. The travel provider reserves the right to process the claim.

34. Duplicate or Overlapping Bookings

Making multiple reservations with identical passenger details, such as passport or NID information, for the same airline and flight, across different platforms, can lead to cancellations by the airline. Airline reservation systems may flag such instances as duplicate bookings and cancel one or more reservations without prior notice, even if the tickets have been issued and confirmed.

Since airlines do not provide prior notification to Takeoff Travels or the affected passengers in these cases, Takeoff Travels is unable to inform customers of such cancellations. Therefore, Takeoff Travels cannot be held liable for any disruptions or inconveniences resulting from duplicate or overlapping bookings. Passengers are strongly advised to avoid making duplicate reservations to prevent such issues.

35. Dual Contact Resolution

When a user contacts both Takeoff Travels and the airline independently regarding a booking, this dual interaction can lead to discrepancies or conflicting outcomes. To avoid such complications, users are strongly encouraged to contact Takeoff Travels directly for resolution, as the booking was made through Takeoff Travels platform. However, in situations where both parties have been contacted, Takeoff Travels will proceed with the following steps:

35.1 Verification and Corrective Action

If conflicting information or outcomes arise, Takeoff Travels will verify all details with the airline and take corrective measures based on the verified data to ensure accuracy and resolution.

35.2 Responsibility for Discrepancies

While Takeoff Travels will make every effort to resolve any inconsistencies, it cannot be held liable for issues stemming from airline policies or communication.

35.3 Documentation

All interactions with both the airline and the User will be thoroughly documented to maintain transparency and evidence of Takeoff Travels ’s adherence to policies.

35.4 Refunds

Any refunds will strictly follow the airline’s policy. Takeoff Travels will facilitate the process but cannot provide compensation beyond the amount determined by the airline.

36. Airline-Coordinated Assistance

At Takeoff Travels, we prioritize providing round-the-clock support to address User needs. However, certain issues may depend on airline decisions, which are subject to the airline’s working hours and processing timelines. In such cases, Takeoff Travels must align its actions with the airline’s schedule to facilitate resolution.

Takeoff Travels strives to expedite solutions and keep Users informed throughout the process. However, delays caused by the airline are beyond Takeoff Travels ’s control. Users are kindly asked for patience as Takeoff Travels awaits responses or actions from the airline.

While Takeoff Travels cannot influence airline timelines, the team remains dedicated to supporting users and resolving their concerns as swiftly as possible.

37. Limited Liability of Takeoff Travels

Takeoff Travels serves as a facilitator, providing users with a platform to book flights offered by various airlines. The responsibility for delivering flight services, including schedule management, cancellations, delays, or any operational changes, lies solely with the airline.

Takeoff Travels is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by airline policies, disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations are processed in accordance with the respective airline’s policies, and Takeoff Travels ’s role is limited to facilitating these requests.

By booking through Takeoff Travels, users acknowledge and accept these limitations, as well as their responsibility to comply with the airline’s terms and conditions.

38. Hotel

38.1 Terms of Hotel

Takeoff Travels offers users hotel booking vouchers based only on information presented or maintained by the hotel regarding inventory supply. Takeoff Travels cannot be held accountable for any deficiencies in hotel services, facilities, or other service-related concerns. In cases where the hotel rejects check-in due to overbooking, technical errors, or lack of room availability, Takeoff Travels ’s liability is limited to providing alternative accommodations (subject to availability) or reimbursing the booking amount. Any service-related issues should be resolved directly with the hotel by the User.

38.2 Hotel Rate & Payment

The total price displayed on Takeoff Travels ’s platform typically includes the room rate, service fee, applicable government taxes, and convenience charges. Users are required to pay the full amount before their booking is confirmed.

If the User fails to complete the payment in full, Takeoff Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking. Additionally, the User agrees to cover all applicable statutory taxes and fees as determined on the date of travel.

38.3 Child Age for Hotel Bookings

Takeoff Travels recognizes a general child age range of 0-10 years for hotel bookings made through its platform. However, individual hotels may have specific child age policies, which are detailed in the hotel’s description. It is the User’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm these policies before completing a booking.

If a user overlooks the hotel’s child policy, resulting in additional charges or the need for extra rooms due to the child’s age, Takeoff Travels cannot be held liable for any resulting costs or accommodations. As a booking facilitator, Takeoff Travels is not responsible for the policies set by individual hotels. The onus of verifying and complying with these terms lies solely with the User.

38.4 Additional Hotel Charges

  • Price Basis: The prices for hotel reservations provided through Takeoff Travels ’s platform (referred to as “Hotel Prices”) is determined based on the User’s selections, including the chosen period of stay and the number of guests unless stated otherwise. Hotel Prices are quoted per room, per night, unless specifically mentioned, and the total price for the stay will be displayed at the time of booking.
  • Additional Charges: Standard hotel room reservations generally accommodate one or two guests. Any additional guests or extra beds may incur additional charges, which the hotel reserves the right to enforce. Users are advised to notify the hotel in advance if additional guests will be included. Failure to do so may result in denial of service or extra charges payable directly to the hotel.
  • Exclusions: The User’s payment typically covers only the accommodation unless explicitly stated otherwise. Certain bookings may include breakfast or meals, but this should be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional services availed during the stay, such as housekeeping, concierge services, internet usage, telephone calls, extra food, drinks, and beverages, will incur extra costs. These additional charges must be settled directly with the hotel by the User.
  • Special occasions: During special events and holidays like Eid, Christmas, Pooja, Buddha Purnima, or New Year’s Eve, hotels may impose mandatory meal costs or other festive charges. These additional costs must be paid directly at the hotel. Takeoff Travels ’s responsibility in such cases is limited to facilitating the booked product or service and does not extend to covering these additional expenses.
  • Transportation Fees: Certain hotels, particularly those in island destinations (e.g., the Maldives), may impose charges for transportation or transfers to and from the airport. These transportation arrangements are handled by the hotel or its designated provider and are governed by the hotel’s terms and policies. Takeoff Travels holds no responsibility for the quality, frequency, safety, or service levels of such transportation and cannot be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from their use.

38.5 Supplier Terms for Hotel Bookings

Takeoff Travels works with multiple suppliers to provide Users with a wide range of hotel options. These suppliers include both directly partnered hotels and third-party aggregators. When a hotel booking is facilitated through a supplier, the supplier’s terms and conditions apply alongside Takeoff Travels ’s policies.

Supplier terms may include specific rules on cancellations, refunds, modifications, additional charges, or other booking conditions. Users are encouraged to carefully review the terms and conditions of the respective supplier before completing their booking to understand the policies governing their stay.

As an aggregator, Takeoff Travels facilitates the booking process while ensuring compliance with supplier terms. Any disputes, changes, or issues related to bookings sourced through a supplier will be addressed according to the supplier’s policies. Takeoff Travels will provide support to Users in navigating these terms and liaising with the supplier as necessary.

For detailed information about supplier-specific policies, Users can refer to the Supplier Terms. By proceeding with a booking, Users acknowledge and agree to abide by both Takeoff Travels ’s terms and the supplier-specific policies applicable to their reservation.

39. Responsibilities of the User

The User is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel’s property by their actions or those of their accompanied visitors, whether willful or negligent. The hotel will determine the extent and value of such damages, and Takeoff Travels will not intervene in these matters. Users are encouraged to ensure that their behavior aligns with the hotel’s rules and policies to avoid such issues.

To check into the hotel, the primary User must be at least 18 years old. A valid form of identification and proof of address must be presented at the time of check-in. If the required identification is not provided, the hotel reserves the right to deny check-in.

Check-in and check-out times are governed by the hotel’s policies. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as determined by the hotel. Users are advised to coordinate directly with the hotel for such requests.

Each hotel may have unique policies, including those regarding children, pets, or house rules. These policies are detailed under the “Policy” section of the respective hotel listing on Takeoff Travels ’s platform. Users are strongly advised to review these details before finalizing their booking. Any additional payments required, such as charges for children or extra beds, must be settled directly with the hotel as per its policy.

40. Check-In Documentation

Takeoff Travels advises all Users to carry essential personal identification documents, including a National ID, passport, and marriage certificate (if applicable), for a smooth check-in process at the hotel.

Users are expected to thoroughly review the hotel listing on Takeoff Travels ’s platform for any specific documentation requirements outlined by the hotel. If additional documents are required, it is the User’s responsibility to ensure they are prepared and available at the time of check-in.

Failure to present the required documents may result in the hotel denying check-in. In such cases, Takeoff Travels will not be held responsible, as compliance with hotel-specific documentation policies lies solely with the User.

41. Cancellation and Refund

Takeoff Travels follows the hotel’s cancellation policy. To Cancel any booking, Users must follow the below mentioned details:

  • Users must go to ‘My booking’ > ’Cancel’ and confirm the cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
  • Date changes are not allowed for any hotel booking. Users must cancel the existing booking and make a new booking with the desired date.
  • For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • After cancellation, users will receive a refund only for the remaining balance after all applicable charges have been deducted. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed once the cancellation is successfully completed.
  • Refunds will be processed and credited to the same payment method used for the original booking. For example, if the user paid by credit card, the refund will be reversed to the same credit card; if a debit card was used, the amount will be credited back to the same debit card.

42. Limited Liability of Takeoff Travels

Takeoff Travels acts as a facilitator, providing Users with an online platform to browse and book a wide range of accommodations, including hotels, homestays, bed-and-breakfast options, and other alternative lodgings.

Upon receiving such feedback, Takeoff Travels will investigate and take appropriate actions against the hotel, as necessary.

43. Holiday

43.1 General Terms and Conditions

All prices are displayed in local currencies, and accommodations provided will generally be on a shared basis (double/triple). Transfers may include private or shared options, catering to individual preferences.

  • Package prices are subject to changes due to government regulations, availability, and fluctuations in airfare.
  • Rooms and flight tickets are subject to availability, and bookings are only confirmed upon purchase or ticket issuance.
  • Displayed packages are not available during blackout periods (e.g., government or long holidays). Holiday packages must be confirmed at least 10 calendar days before the journey date.
  • Cancellation fees vary by package terms.
  • Users are responsible for visas, travel documents, health and vaccination requirements, and any medical or health-related expenses during the trip.
  • Takeoff Travels reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, informing Users promptly. Takeoff Travels is not liable for losses or delays caused by third-party travel providers such as airlines, hotels, or transport companies.

44. Travel Provider Terms for Holiday Activities

Takeoff Travels collaborates with various third-party travel providers and tour operators to offer a wide range of tour packages and activities. These travel providers operate under their own terms and conditions, which are applicable alongside Takeoff Travels ’s policies. By booking a tour or activity through Takeoff Travels, the User agrees to adhere to both Takeoff Travels ’s terms and the specific terms set by the travel provider.

44.1 Key considerations regarding travel provider terms:

  • Supplier Responsibilities: The travel provider is solely responsible for the delivery, quality, and execution of the services included in the package. Takeoff Travels acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the performance of the travel provider.
  • Activity-Specific Terms: Each holiday or activity may have unique terms related to eligibility, cancellations, refunds, or other conditions. Users are advised to review these terms in detail before booking.
  • Liability Limitations: Any issues or disputes related to the travel provider’s services, including quality concerns or discrepancies, must be resolved directly with the travel provider. Takeoff Travels will facilitate communication but is not liable for such matters.

45. Payment Policy

All payments for services provided by Takeoff Travels must be completed through the approved banks or payment methods listed on the platform. Transactions made using banks or payment methods outside this specified list will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.

To ensure the security and authenticity of payments, Users are advised to adhere strictly to the designated payment options provided by Takeoff Travels.

46. User Responsibility

In addition to Takeoff Travels ’s User Agreement and Terms of Service, Users are required to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by the respective holiday Provider.

To participate in an activity, Users must present the reservation or confirmation voucher issued by Takeoff Travels. Furthermore, Users must carry valid identification or any other documents required by the travel provider to access the booked tour.

If the holiday Provider mandates it, Users may also be required to complete additional formalities, such as signing an exemption form, safety procedure agreement, health declaration, or other documentation before engaging in the activity.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they meet all eligibility criteria for the activity, including requirements related to age, weight, or medical conditions. If a User is found to be ineligible or unsuitable for the activity, the travel provider reserves the right to deny participation. Takeoff Travels will not be held liable for such refusals resulting from non-compliance with the travel provider’s terms.

47. Ship Departure Management

In cases where a User misses a ship departure due to changes in the scheduled time, Takeoff Travels follows the guidelines below:

  • Takeoff Travels acts solely as a reseller of ship tickets and does not manage or control ship operations. Responsibility for handling and communicating schedule changes, including delays or adjustments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, lies entirely with the ship authority.
  • The ship authority is solely accountable for notifying passengers about any changes in departure times. Takeoff Travels cannot control the timing or accuracy of such notifications.
  • As part of its commercial agreement, Takeoff Travels will assist users by providing relevant information and facilitating communication with the ship authority to help resolve issues related to missed departures.
  • Takeoff Travels’ role is limited to acting as an intermediary and Takeoff Travels is not liable for missed departures resulting from schedule changes communicated by the ship authority.

48. Cancellation

Takeoff Travels adheres to the cancellation policies established by the respective tour activity providers. Users must carefully review the specific cancellation terms of their chosen holiday before making a booking.

  • To cancel or change the date, users are advised to email [email protected]. The team will respond accordingly to resolve the issue.
  • For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • After cancellation, users will be eligible for a refund only for the remaining amount after deducting all applicable charges. Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) upon a successful cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed for and reflected in the same payment channel used for the original booking. For example, if the user used a credit card, Takeoff Travels will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; likewise, if the user used a debit card, Takeoff Travels will credit the money to the same debit card.
  • For any kind of additional payment, a convenience charge will be applicable depending on the payment method.

49. Limited Liability of Takeoff Travels

Takeoff Travels ’s role is strictly limited to facilitating Users in booking tours and activities from the respective travel providers. The company’s liability is confined to ensuring that the User’s booking request is processed and confirmed as per the terms provided by the travel provider.

  • Any destruction, illness, accident, death, equipment malfunction, inconsistency, or change in the itinerary, delay, or cancellation that arises due to circumstances beyond the travel provider’s control.
  • User Safety and Well-Being: the user’s health, safety, or well-being during or after the tour.
  • Additional Services: Any ancillary or incidental services directly acquired by the user from the travel provider that were not included in the original booking.
  • Erroneous Information: Incorrect information provided by the travel provider regarding the tour or its elements.
  • Transportation Services: Unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation, Takeoff Travels does not guarantee or provide pick-up and drop-off services for activities.

Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of the travel provider before proceeding with their booking. Takeoff Travels ensures transparency but cannot intervene in matters that fall under the sole discretion or responsibility of the tour travel provider.

Users must be of legal age and ensure that all details submitted are accurate and truthful. Takeoff Travels does not verify the legal identity of Users.

Takeoff Travels ’s visa processing services may be facilitated through authorized third-party partners. While the User interacts directly with the Takeoff Travels platform for visa-related services, the fulfilment process including documentation handling, submission to embassies, and other backend operations may be executed by third-party service providers duly authorized by Takeoff Travels.

51. Consultancy Services

Takeoff Travels offers comprehensive support to Users throughout the visa application process. This includes guidance on the preparation of required documents, ensuring they align with consulate requirements, and assisting with logistical arrangements for submission. While Takeoff Travels strives to simplify the application process and minimize errors, it is important to note that the company does not have the authority to influence or expedite decisions made by embassies or consulates.

51.1 Document Preparation

Takeoff Travels provides clear instructions on the necessary documents, such as passport copies, identification, financial statements, and photographs. Users must ensure these documents are accurate and meet the required specifications.

51.2 Process Navigation

Users are guided through the steps of the application, from initial submission to tracking the status of their application.

51.3 Limitations

Despite its support role, Takeoff Travels cannot guarantee visa approvals or outcomes, as these depend entirely on the discretion of the issuing authorities. Any errors or omissions in documents remain the User’s responsibility.

Each embassy or consulate has its own processing time, which may vary based on the type of visa, the User’s nationality, and the time of year. Takeoff Travels will inform Users of these standard timelines when assisting with applications.

52.2 Delays

Factors such as increased application volumes, consulate backlogs, or additional documentation requests can result in delays. Takeoff Travel cannot be held responsible for such disruptions.

52.3 Expedited Services

In some cases, Users may opt for expedited visa processing, subject to additional charges. Takeoff Travels will communicate these options where available and assist in facilitating such requests.

Takeoff Travels aims to streamline the visa application experience by offering knowledgeable assistance and timely communication. However, Users are encouraged to apply well in advance to accommodate unforeseen delays and ensure a smooth travel experience.

53. User Responsibility and Liability

Users are solely responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions associated with their visa once it is issued. Any breaches, such as overstays or non-compliance, may result in penalties or legal actions, for which Takeoff Travels holds no liability.

53.1 Passport Validity

Users must ensure their passport has at least six months’ validity from the date of travel before applying for a visa. Takeoff Travels cannot be held responsible for rejections or delays due to insufficient passport validity.

53.2 Verification of Visa Details

Upon receiving the visa, Users are strongly advised to review all details to ensure accuracy, including name, travel dates, and visa type. Takeoff Travels is not liable for any errors made by embassies or consulates. The User must address discrepancies directly with the issuing authority.

53.3 Third-Party Courier Services

If Users choose courier services to deliver travel documents, Takeoff Travels will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the courier. Users will be informed of any logistics fees prior to service completion.

53.4 Document Submission

Users must submit all visa documents directly at the Takeoff Travels Experience Centre. If documents are sent via courier, the User assumes all risks associated with transit, including potential delays or losses.

For e-Visa processing, the User is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during online submission or form filling. Takeoff Travels shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete data entered by the User prior to final submission.

53.5 Visa Expiration and Overstay

Users are responsible for ensuring they leave the destination country before their visa expires. Any penalties, deportation actions, or other consequences arising from overstays are solely the User’s liability.

Takeoff Travels may utilize automated tools, including AI-powered systems, to support visa-related processes such as auto-filling forms, verifying uploaded documents, and identifying potential inconsistencies. These systems are strictly assistive in nature and do not determine the outcome of any visa application. Final submission remains the User’s responsibility, and the User is advised to thoroughly review and confirm all details before proceeding. Human oversight is always available, and manual intervention may be requested where necessary.

Takeoff Travels shall not be held liable for any delays, rejections, penalties, or other consequences resulting from the submission of inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information by the User. All information provided during the visa application process is the sole responsibility of the User.

Takeoff Travels reserves the right to pause or terminate the visa application process if its travel experts determine that the submitted documents or information are incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise unsuitable for successful submission to the relevant authorities.

Where visa services are fulfilled through authorized third-party partners, Takeoff Travels may share User data strictly for the purpose of processing the visa application. All such third-party engagements are governed by binding contractual obligations to uphold the confidentiality and security of shared data.

  • Delays or service failures caused by embassy operations, government policies, or third-party fulfillment partners.
  • Any indirect or consequential losses resulting from visa denials or processing issues.

  • Users are encouraged to review the detailed terms and conditions of the insurance coverage before purchasing.

63. Use of Personal Details

By making a payment through this site, Users consent to the use of their personal information for transaction verification and validation. This ensures the security of the credentials and prevents unauthorized usage. Users' details may be shared with third-party credit card payment gateway agencies strictly for verification purposes and will not be used for any other reasons.

Users must not disclose sensitive information such as credit/debit card details, CVV, OTP, or passwords to anyone, including Takeoff Travels ’s representatives. If such information is requested, Users should immediately report the incident to Takeoff Travels. Losses arising from such disclosures are the sole responsibility of the User.

64. Authorized Payment Methods

Payments to Takeoff Travels should only be made to official bank accounts listed under Takeoff Travels ’s name. Takeoff Travels or its representatives will never request transfers to personal accounts or unverified accounts. Users transferring funds to unauthorized accounts do so at their own risk, and Takeoff Travels will not be held liable.

65. Additional Charges and Fees

Takeoff Travels may apply a convenience charge to the booking amount determined by the Service Providers. These charges can vary based on the payment method selected by the User. Any adjustments to such charges will be transparently communicated before booking confirmation or payment processing. In cases where technical errors or other issues result in short charging of the booking amount, taxes, statutory fees, or convenience charges, Takeoff Travels reserves the right to claim the outstanding balance from the User. Users are required to pay the remaining amount promptly. Failure to settle the balance before the booking date may result in the cancellation of the reservation, and Takeoff Travels will not be held liable for any resulting inconveniences.

Any price increases resulting from changes in taxation or government-imposed charges must also be covered by the User. These charges may be applied retroactively and without prior notice, as required by current legal frameworks. 66. Partial Payment

Refunds for cancelled bookings will always be credited to the original payment method used, whether it is a credit card, wallet, or another financial instrument. Users must comply with the applicable cancellation policy, as communicated on the booking page or during the transaction process.

If a reservation is not confirmed for any reason, Takeoff Travels will refund the User’s payment and notify them of the situation. Unconfirmed bookings are not required to be replaced or compensated, and subsequent reservations will be treated as separate transactions.
