Date Change, Refund & Cancelations Policy
Flight
- Regarding date changes and cancellations, airline tickets have particular policies. The airline's cancellation and date change policy is adhered to by Takeoff Travels.
- It is recommended that travelers contact Takeoff Travels 48 hours before their scheduled departure. If not, a no-show fee can be charged based on the airline's policy.
- Travelers must call MOBILE NUMBER or send a letter to [email protected] in order to modify or cancel their tickets. Once the consumer confirms, our team will send an email to address the issue.
- In the event of a change, a cancellation fee and a standard service charge can be incurred.
- Cancellation costs levied by airlines are subject to change at any time.
- Refunds will only be started (if necessary) after receiving client approval. For domestic flights, the amount of the refund may appear in your account following a successful cancellation within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the bank, and for international flights, it may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for the airline and the bank to complete the refund and post it to your account.
- There are no refunds for any convenience fees.
Hotel
- The cancellation policy of the hotel is adhered to by Takeoff Travels.
- Depending on the property and the time of cancellation, a fee may be charged.
- There is no way to adjust the date of a hotel reservation. The customer must cancel their prior reservation and make a new one for the new date.
- Blackout dates cannot be changed or canceled for a refund.
- After a successful cancellation, a refund will be launched (if applicable), and depending on the bank, the amount of the refund may appear in your account in 3 to 7 working days.
- There are no refunds for any convenience fees.
Holiday Packages
- The cancellation policy of the travel operator is followed by Takeoff Travels.
- Blackout dates cannot be changed or canceled for a refund.
- After a successful cancellation, a refund will be initiated (if applicable), and depending on your bank, the amount of the refund may appear in your account in 3 to 7 working days.
